Customize your Walden eCampus Dashboard

Customizing your dashboard involves choosing a layout and populating columns with various features including bookmarks, schedules, news, .rss feeds, weather, search tools, and more.

When viewing your dashboard, click the customize button to get started.

 

 

You are able to select the layout and determine which channels are presented and how.

 

You'll notice that certain channels are not customizeable.  These are student-wide settings. 

Select Choose a Layout to determine how many columns and rows your dashboard will utilize. Because we have locked the announcement channels, only layouts that include the header section are available.

 

 

In the above screenshot, the three column layout has been selected, but you are welcome to select any of the available layouts.

The available channels are all listed with a description on the right.  Further details and instructions on the HTML channel are available in the Quick Reference Guides below:

When you have finished customizing, select Save. Remember, you can always revert your Dashboard to the system default.

My Dashboard has now been updated with the new channels. You can edit settings within the channels by clicking the Edit icon.
